After losing her right eye to sarcoma cancer, Andrell founded Eye On U, LLC, a company birthed from personal pain and purpose, dedicated to inspiring others to see beyond their circumstances and walk boldly in their God-given identity.
In 2009, a life-changing encounter with God in the mirror sparked the birth of Exposing The Real Me Ministry, where Andrell began her own deep journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. From that experience, she created the transformative "Exposing The Real Me Life Class," guiding others through a powerful process of healing, identity, and purpose.
As the founder of Faith Focused Forward, an empowerment network, Andrell equips individuals to live their best lives by aligning with three core principles:

She is currently pursuing her Master of Theology at Trinity Lutheran Seminary at Capital University, further deepening her commitment to theological study and spiritual leadership.
